My order hasn’t arrived

Where do you delivery to?

Our standard delivery covers the UK, excluding islands and highlands, which we deliver to at an extra cost. Worldwide delivery, as well as non-business day/morning delivery, is available. Please get in touch with us to arrange it.

How long is delivery?

Next day delivery will take place on the next business day if order placed before 4pm (3pm on Friday)

Can I return an order?

Yes, if the goods are unopened and unused. You need to notify us within 14 days from receipt of goods and the goods would need to be sent back to us within 14 days.

What is the return policy?

If you wish to return a product you must notify us via email sales@zanocontrols.co.uk or call 0345 519 5858 within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The goods must be returned within 14 days from when you informed us you will be returning the goods. The returned goods must be unused in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. You must be able to provide proof of purchase.
